We want to make nourishing food with fresh ingredients, sourcing as much as possible from local producers. This means that the menu will be simple and seasonal, with hearty dishes for both carnivores and vegetarians. Get in touch or come by if you want to know what we have on.
Head chef Matthew Stone likes deconstructing dishes and building them from raw ingredients….which means….well….it means everything is homemade, from the buns to the sauces to our home-pickled pickles.
