    fresh beer, fresh food

Fresh beer

Beer is best enjoyed fresh and local. Our little brewery gives us the flexibility to brew new and old beer styles ranging from American IPAs to lagers and porters to traditional French and German styles. There's nothing like a flavoursome craft beer after a day in the mountains.

the brewery

all our beer is brewed here in-house by Chrigl. originally brewing in London at The Kernel Brewery in Bermondsey, he made the decision to bring better beer to the mountains.

Locally-sourced food

Head chef Matthew Stone likes deconstructing dishes and building them from raw ingredients….which means….well….it means everything is homemade, from the buns to the sauces to our home-pickled pickles. The menu will satisfy meat-lovers and vegans alike. Menus to be posted soon, but expect burgers, gumbo and several vegetarian  starters.

cheesecakes and brownies

the Bec Jaune is owned and run by Chrigl Luthy and Matthew Stone, who are as passionate about the quality of their food and beer as they are about their skiing. They're at the restaurant almost every night so be sure to say hi when you drop in!
